Microsoft's OneNote becomes No.1 free Mac app in one day
Microsoft's OneNote for Mac has reportedly become the most popular and top ranked free Mac app in the Apple App Store, in just a day of its release.
OneNote for Mac garnered more than 600 reviews in a day, and has been rated highly with more than half of them being 5-star reviews.
According to Tech Crunch, Microsoft has three apps in the top 10 free Mac apps category; however, OneNote surpasses the ranking of Microsoft's cloud service OneDrive.
The report added that Microsoft recently made OneNote app free for major PC platforms and all three mobile platforms.
