AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya, who was granted bail after being arrested by Delhi police for allegedly assaulting a woman, said here on Wednesday that he would unravel the conspiracy against him and prove the involvement of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with evidence.

Speaking to ANI here after his release, Mohaniya alleged that a conspiracy has been scripted against him and very soon, the AAP would expose those involved.

"We will show how this government functions. The BJP has been involved in this from the start and we are going to nail them with evidence," he said.

Talking about when he was arrested from a live press conference, Mohaniya further said that the incident highlighted the pure dictator-like attitude of the BJP, as they were not ready to neither listen nor allow anyone to put their point across.

Earlier today, Additional Sessions Judge Neelam Singh, while granting the bail to Mohaniya, said the judicial custody won't solve any purpose since the investigation is complete.

"Since the investigation is almost complete and the fact that the accused is in the judicial custody since 25.06.2016, therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping him in the judicial custody anymore," the court said.

The court further asked Mohaniya to join the investigation as and when required by the concerned Investigating Officer.

The AAP MLA was booked on June 23 for misbehaving with a group of women, who had approached him with a complaint regarding water crisis in their locality.

An FIR was lodged at South Delhi's Neb Sarai Police Station.

He was arrested under Sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation), 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman), 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 354 A (sexual harassment), 354 B (assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe) and 354 C (voyeurism) of the IPC.
