Mozilla has launched its Firefox version 40 with improved Windows 10 compatibility.

According to the Engadget, the changes are done to bring the browser in proportion to Windows 10's design and make it easier to use on a touchscreen.

The 'close' buttons on tabs are now bigger so they are now easier to use on a touchscreen and the address bar has bigger fonts. It also has modified tabstrips, toolbars and a custom Windows 10 theme.

In addition, other new features are centered on security, including extra protection against risky downloads and warnings for unsigned extensions. It also brings better support for the user's computer's graphics, which will bring about smoother scrolling and animations. Also, the new version is still working as 32-bit.
