Nicki Minaj suffered a wardrobe malfunction during her opening medley performance with Ariana Grande and Jessie J at the MTV's Video Music Awards (VMAs) 2014 recently.

The 31-year-singer, who did a sexy 'Anaconda' performance in a green sequined two-piece number, attempted to change for 'Bang Bang,' but failed to do so in time and ended up holding her black mini-dress together as she tried to perform, Us magazine reported.

Meanwhile, Grande received Best Female Video, Best Pop Video and Best Collaboration for her song with Iggy Azalea, 'Problem.'

Beyonce, Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora, and Taylor Swift were also scheduled to perform at the awards, which were taking place at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
