Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar offered prayers at the Patan Devi temple before starting the 'Har Ghar Dastak' campaign.
The Patan Devi temple is considered one of the most sacred temples of Patna.
After offering prayers, the Bihar Chief Minister said that all the members of his party are taking part in the programme.
"All the party members are attempting to reach out to all the houses. Our aim is to reach out to one crore homes," he said.
The 'Har Ghar Dastak' campaign aims to highlight the achievements of the Nitish-led government in Bihar.
