Congress leader Sachin Pilot on Wednesday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has no choice but to ask Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje to step down from her post.
"What has been disclosed with the documents coming out in public, there is no scope left for the BJP to defend its Chief Minister. Vasundhara ji has to resign. There is criminal culpability involved. The BJP has no choice but to ask the Rajasthan CM to give in her papers without delay," Pilot told ANI.
Raje, along with External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, is accused of having helped former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi in procuring travel documents from UK.
