From reel to real, Ranbir Kapoor has always been a travel enthusiast.
Taking this passion a step forward, the 'Rockstar' actor has now joined hands with online travel portal Yatra.com, as their brand ambassador.
Speaking on the partnership, the 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' star said, "I am delighted to be associated with Yatra.com which has been a preferred travel partner for millions of Indian customers. I am an avid traveler myself and travel has played an important part in my films. So a partnership with a travel brand like Yatra was a natural fit for me. I am particularly excited to be a part of this new journey and am looking forward to a long and fulfilling 'Yatra' with the brand."
Sharat Dhall, COO (B2C), Yatra.com, added, "Today Yatra is an evolved and contemporary travel marketplace which stands apart for the richness of its product and services. Ranbir's persona is in line with these qualities, and he also brings with him a sense of casual coolness that today's youth relates to. We welcome him to the Yatra family and hope that with this association we are able to create a strong impact in the minds of our audiences and customers at large."
On the same note, it seems like roping in stars for travel brands has become a trend now!
Other than Ranbir's association with Yatra.com, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt have become the face for MakeMyTrip and Deepika Padukone for goibibo.
