Global professional services firm, Nysa Global on Tuesday introduced an EB5 project "Tryon International Equestrian Center" with expedite process approval. This offers an array of investment opportunities in the United States for Indian investors, as EB5 is an invitation to invest in U.S. and get a 'Green card' for investors and their families.
By making an investment of minimum USD 500,000 into a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved project that creates and sustains at least 10 jobs, an investor can get the permanent residency of U.S.
The investor will also be benefited by an annual interest of 0.25 percent on the investment made.
Further, Tryon has received an approval for expedite processing from the US Citizenship and Immigration.
Generally, requests to expedite applications are approved only in the case of national interest, humanitarian need, or emergency situations.
This is a golden opportunity for investors to avail optimum benefits with the fast paced process approvals.
"One of the greatest advantages of investing in an expedite process approved project like Tryon is to get the golden visa in less than nine months whereas the average process time is around 22 months. Also, an investor must choose a project which has a potential to generate employment in the investment period to avoid rejection of issued green card. Nysa has always been responsible in partnering with best projects to offer investment opportunities for the investors," said managing director, NysaEb5, Pankaj Joshi.
The Tryon project is a new economic cluster centered around the development of a world class equestrian lifestyle center.
The 1,600 acre site is a diverse cluster consisting of manufacturing, agri-business, hospitality, i.e. hotels, rental cabins, inns, RV park, restaurants, retail centers, golf, spa and a sports complex including a tennis complex, fitness center and wide array of pool and water features.
Also, Tryon has been chosen as the host venue for the FEI World Equestrian Games in September 2018, administered by the Federation Equestre Internationale, the worldwide governing body of equestrian sport.
