United States President Barack obama has admitted that the Ferguson, Missouri, police department is "clearly a broken and racially biased system" that shows a pattern of racial bias and constitutional violations.
According to Stuff.co.nz, Obama said that the Ferguson police can risk a lawsuit from the Department of Justice.
The US President also said that the department was "systematically" biased against African-American residents who abused, harassed and mistreated the residents.
Obama claimed that the people were outraged not just by the shooting of Michael brown, an unarmed black teenager, by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson but because they had been putting up with these issues for years and their complaints were not believed.
