Chelsea playmaker Oscar has hailed that manager Jose Mourinho has had a magical effect on the team since his return to Stamford Bridge.
According to Metro.co.uk, the Brazilian has flourished this season under the guidance of Mourinho, being preferred to two-time Player of the Year Juan Mata in the No.10 role and leading the way in the Blues' goalscoring charts.
Oscar puts his success, and that of his teammates who currently sit second in the Premier League, down to Mourinho's influence on the squad, the report said.
He said that Mourinho sprinkles magic on people, adding that he gives players a lot of confidence and that players always have the best for him, calling it the Mourinho effect.
