Deepika Padukone had no choice but to opt out of Anand L Rai's next, starring Shahrukh Khan, because of so much to and fro with 'Padmavati' dates.

The leggy lass, who plays the role of Rani Padmini, in her upcoming next, had committed her dates to the 'Padmavati' team.

However, multiple rescheduling of 'Padmavati's dates led to Deepika's schedule changing.

The actress had no other alternative but to let go of Anand L Rai's film owing to prior commitment to 'Padmavati.'

The actress is currently starting shooting for her next schedule of 'Padmavati' in Mumbai.
