An Ant-Terrorist Court has again ordered former Pakistan president General (r) Pervez Musharraf to appear before the court in Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case.
Justice Anwar Kasi of Special Anti-Terrorist Court-1 Quetta heard the case.
Former Federal Minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao and former provincial minister Shoaib Nosherwani also appeared before the court.
Meanwhile, Crime Branch presented a report before the court regarding the non-appearance of the nominated accused in the case.
According to the Nation, Musharraf's counsel said the former president had to appear before the court in Islamabad in another case therefore he couldn't appear before the court in Quetta.
The court, thereafter, issued orders for his appearance in the next hearing at any cost, saying if Musharraf didn't appear, the Adiala Jail superintendent would have to appear in the court, the report said.
The court was later adjourned till October 22.
