A Pakistani anti-terrorism court has ordered a retrial of former premier Benazir Bhutto's assassination case after Pervez Musharraf was named as the main accused.
Musharraf, who was arrested by FIA on April 26, is on bail against two surety bonds of Rs 1 million each in the murder case of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) chairperson.
According to the Daily Times, he also has an exemption from court attendance due to security concerns.
On June 25, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) submitted a final challan against Musharraf before the court, declaring him the 'prime accused' in Bhutto murder case.
The ATC indicted Musharraf in the murder case on August 20.
