Lamar Odom's friends are coaxing him to get required help for "an unspecified drug problem".
A source has revealed to ESPN that Odom's friends are trying to get him into treatment, the New York Post reported.
It was earlier revealed that Odom was on a drug-induced bender after his reality TV star wife Khloe Kardashian kicked him out.
The pair have "effectively" separated although they have yet to seek out divorce lawyers, according to a report from TMZ.com.
The couple have been apart since last Wednesday when Kardashian tried to stage an intervention for Odom, who is allegedly addicted to crack cocaine.
