Penelope Cruz has been confirmed to star in 'Zoolander 2.'
Ben Stiller, who'll be taking the director's chair, announced the news on Instagram and Twitter about the 40-year-old Oscar-winning actress, whose character has not been revealed, being a part of the comedy sequel, Deadline.com reported.
The film will see Stiller reprise his role of male supermodel and Blue Steel creator, while Owen Wilson returns as rival/best friend Hansel, Christine Taylor as love interest Matilda Jeffries, and Will Ferrell as evil fashion mogul Jacobim Mugatu, along with new cast member Kristen Wiig.
The project, which was penned by Justin Theroux, has been scheduled for February 2016 release.
