A social media site, Pinsex, allows the users to "pin" pornographic images and videos.
The website, which looks a lot like the photo-sharing website Pinterest, has been up and running for a year and attracts 300,000 visits a day and has more than 50,000 active users, Stuff.co.nz reported.
This website isn't the only porn website that mimics a social media platform, others include F**kbook, Pornostagram and PornTube.
Digital strategist Anna Spargo-Ryan said that this kind of socialised porn exists in the same digital communities as memes and fan-fiction and sites like 4chan and Reddit, where anything and everything is free to be explored.
