A plus-sized YouTube sensation left Mario Balotelli and his Liverpool teammates stunned with his free kick skills.
Dutchman Bas van Velzen, whose videos have been viewed online over five million times, rocked up at Liverpool training posing as an online competition winner for a Reds' dead-ball masterclass.
After watching Balotelli, Rickie Lambert, Lazar Markovic and Fabio Borini take pot shots at goal, Van Velzen stepped up and left the Premier League stars star-struck with his free-kick shooting skills, News.com.au reported.
Van Velzen said that the whole experience was amazing, especially meeting Balotelli and getting involved with the other Liverpool players, adding that it's every fan's dream to play football with their idols and he really enjoyed pretending that he wasn't very good at free-kicks.
Van Velzen also claimed that watching the players' faces when they saw him shoot was also really satisfying.
