Political expert calls on Pak to threaten India for violating LoC cease-fire

A political commentator in Pakistan has accused India of creating and generating excess hype over recent cease-fire violations along the Line of Control (LoC).

Participating in the television program 'Sawal Yeh Hai' political commentator Zaid Hamid said there was no need for Delhi to build propaganda around the LoC cross-border violation by blaming the incident on the Pakistan military forces.

He further said that Pakistan should not refrain from telling India that it could face dire consequences if it tries to violate cross-border rules through its senseless firing in the region.

Hamid also blamed the United States for conspiring to end democratic and civilian government rule in Pakistan and usher in a more pro-American rule by handing over complete power to India.

He criticized the Nawaz Sharif Government for building up a CIA-sponsored democracy and hihlighted his inability to carry out a threat analysis for developing a response strategy to counter the enemy.

The Pakistan Government, he said, has not been able to develop a counter-attack strategy because they are not clear on who their actual enemy is.

Hamid also expressed his dismay over the Sharif Government still working with policies laid down by former President General Pervez Musharraf, and blamed past decisions for holding back the country's progress.

The PML-N Government has not been able to end corruption in the country, he said.

He said the Pakistan Government is slowly collapsing, with most of the country's army deployed in jails for security purposes.
