Pakistan once again violated ceasefire in Krishna Ghati Sector of Poonch district early Sunday morning.
The ceasefire violation started around 4.30 am as Pakistan continued firing for approximately three hours, till 7.30 am. Indian Army, however, retaliated befittingly to the violation.
Pakistan also resorted to shelling with mortars and firing of small arms.
Further details on the incident are awaited.
Earlier on Saturday, Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire at Indian border areas at three places along the Line of Control and International Border.
The violations had occurred at Rajouri, Poonch and Akhnoor sectors of Jammu and Kashmir.
