President Mukherjee extends birthday greetings to Abdul Kalam

President Pranab Mukherjee extended his birthday wishes to former President APJ Abdul Kalam, who turned 83 years old on Wednesday.

In his message, President Mukherjee, who is currently on state visit to Finland, said, "May the Almighty bless you with happiness, good health and many more years of continued dedicated service to our country."

An aerospace engineer, Kalam was President of India from 2002 to 2007.
