In an ongoing encounter between security forces and terrorists in Pulwama district's Aglar Kandi on Monday, one security personnel lost his life, while one civilian was injured.
The troops of 182 Bn and 183 Bn Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), along with 44 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and the Jammu and Kashmir Police were carrying out a cordon and search operation (CASO) in the region, when the encounter broke out.
The encounter is currently underway.
