Real Madrid have reportedly accepted Arsenal's offer to sign up striker Karim Benzema in a deal worth 48 million pounds.
According to former England international Rodney Marsh, Real Madrid have accepted the bid for Benzema , adding that it would break all previous Premier League club transfer records.
The 27-year-old has always been a prime preference for Real Madrid despite some of the good attacking players in the club, Sports 24 reports.
The player has made 280 appearances for the Spanish club and scored 133 goals along the way.
Arsenal had earlier tried to sign Benzema in 2009, when he left Lyon, but Real Madrid won the race and signed the player for an initial fee of 35 million Euro.
