Rita Ora has signed a 500,000-pound contract to be the new face of Madonna's clothing brand, Material Girl.
The 22-year-old singer has already shot campaign photos for the label, which is run by the 54-year-old singer and her daughter Lourdes, the Sun reported.
A source told the publication that the endorsement from the veteran star could help Ora crack the US, where she still needs a big break.
The source said that Lourdes and Ora met at the Met Ball in New York last week and Madonna admired the 'Hot Right Now' singer's attitude so thought of the idea.
"Rita jumped at the chance because she's such a fan of the Queen Of Pop," the source said.
The brand, sold in Macy's stores in the US, is 1980s inspired and is aimed at teenagers.
