Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky's winning goal, which led boss Arsene Wenger's squad to a crucial 1-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur in their latest match, has fired the club back into the Premier League title race.

The Czech midfielder's goal after just 72 seconds into the game against Tottenham, which was followed by a strong defense from Arsenal, secured Arsenal's first league win at White Hart Lance since 2007 in Wenger's 999th match in charge

According to Sport24, Rosicky, who is nicknamed 'the little Mozart', was only filling in for the club's record signing Mesut Ozil who is injured, but he took less than two minutes to make a more decisive contribution than the German has managed for months.

Arsenal began this weekend seven points behind leaders Chelsea, but they have moved to the third position in the Premier League, four points behind the leaders, with a game in hand, the report added.

The goal is reportedly Rosicky's third club goal of the season, but Tottenham, who blew their chances of qualifying for the Champions League via a top-four exit with their third successive defeat, would be sick of the sight of the midfielder, who also scored against them in the FA Cup third round.
