The 38-year-old comedian will apparently take part in a debate related to substance abuse and addiction with Winfrey, the Mirror reported.
Brand has called for the reform of laws that "criminalize drug addicts", attributing to the death of Oscar-winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman.
