Ryan Giggs, Gary Nivelle set to launch world's first football themed hotel on Dec 8

Manchester United legends Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville are planning to open the world's first football themed hotel 'Hotel Football' opposite Old Trafford on December 8.

Hoping the establishment will become a go-to destination for football fans, families and businesses alike the hotel boasts a conference centre with six meeting and event rooms that hold up to 500 people, Daily Star reported.

Gary Neville said that he has spent a long time with Giggs, playing at the Old Trafford and they appreciate the support they have got.

The hotel will offer the ultimate match day experience, with live music, pie and peas, betting facilities and a fully stocked bar. The four star hotel will capture authentic football culture, with hints to the game running throughout the decor, report said.

To add more to the football feel, the hotel will feature its own impressive rooftop football pitch which is to be known simply as 'Heaven'. The pitch on the 11th floor boasts panoramic views of Manchester.

With a fully retractable roof, it can be hired for unique parties and events for up to 200 people.
