Recently, the Dabangg Khan, on being asked about 'Andaz Apna Apna 2' plans and how Aamir is keen to work with him, told media on the location shoot of his film 'Sultan' that he is dying to work with the 'PK' actor in the film's sequel, reports PinkVilla.

Aamir had too expressed the same desire while interacting with the media at the location shoot of his upcoming wrestling biopic 'Dangal' in Ludhiana.

"I would love to do 'Andaz Apna Apna 2' with Salman. I hope to work with him again but only if the right script and film comes up. I'm sure both of us would love to do it," he said.

Reportedly, Preeti Sinha, daughter of Vinay Sinha, has given the film rights to the production house Phantom Films. The upcoming sequel, which will be helmed by Vikas Bahl or Vikramaditya Motwane, would reportedly be rolled out by the year's end.

Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, the old 'Andaz Apna Apna,' starred the '3 Idiots' actor in the role of Amar while the 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' star portrayed the role of Prem alongside Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor.

The movie, which was released on 11 April 1994, is still regarded as one of the best comedy films of all time.
