At least ten people were arrested after supporters of U.S. President Donald Trump and counter protesters clashed violently across the United States.
The Foxnews quoted the Berkeley Police as saying, "Many people were arrested on riot charges after they lit fireworks inside and fled."
Several demonstrators from Colorado to Trump Tower in New York and the Washington Monument were seen carrying life-sized cardboard of Trumpas waving "Deplorables for Trump" signs.
In Nashville, two people were arrested as protesters clashed with Trump supporters at the Tennessee Capitol
The rally was being organised by Main Street Patriots, a Tea Party group, and Gays for Trump, which was formed during Trump's presidential campaign. The Pro-Trump rallies were taking place in 60 cities.
In February, Trump suggested that people should hold their own rally to counter rallies held against him.
"Maybe the millions of people who voted to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN should have their own rally. It would be the biggest of them all!" he tweeted.
