Sharon Osbourne will apparently be retiring from show business, after 'The X Factor' gets over at the end of 2013, to become a full-time grandmother.

The 60-year-old star's pals told the Mirror that she is planning to spend more time with her 16-month-old granddaughter, Pearl, and "put her feet up".

The publication has further alleged that the TV personality, who is thinking about buying a new "retirement" home with her hubby of 31 years, Ozzy Osbourne, is also hoping to help her son, Jack, deal with his multiple sclerosis.
