Simon Cowell has reckoned that Cheryl Cole would be would be crazy to turn down his offers of a 'X Factor' comeback, claiming she needs the show.
The new dad told the Daily Star that Cole needs the show, but then they need her too.
The 'X Factor' boss said that the most interesting thing about Cole is that she only needs to peel an orange and she's in the papers.
But despite all that, Cowell admitted he had no idea whether or not it'd be yes from Cole.
