Skootr, India's No.1 Managed Office Spaces brand, today announced the launch of its premium coworking office center at DLF Cyber City in Gurugram with over 80 percent pre-booking received from customers.
Skootr's pre-booking reached its peak in just two months even before the launch. Leading MNC& Indian Companies have taken up office space at this premium centre. These companies will start occupying the office space from mid September 2017.
Skootr had earlier acquired this 46,500 sq ft facility in DLF Cyber City, Gurugram for developing a managed co-working office space.
The facility is expected to be fully occupied by October 2017. The facility has a smartly configured floor plan and is designed, catering to the demand of each company to promote worker productivity in a collaborative environment. It is further equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and modern facilities, at par with any world-class office across the country.
Puneet Chandra, Co-Founder and CEO, Skootr said, "We have received unprecedented response for our facility in DLF Cyber City. There is a huge uptrend in Delhi-NCR for demand of managed and co-working office spaces. We have signed on some of the established Indian and European brands, who wanted to open their offices in India. We should be able to reach 95% occupancy by next month. With the addition of this 7th Center in NCR, we are amongst the largest co-working office players in Delhi NCR and our total seat capacity is now at 3000."
"We have received a large number of enquiries and we plan to open another three centers in Delhi NCR within this year itself and continue to strengthen our position as the leader in Managed Office Spaces," he further added.
Ankit Jain, Co-founder and Chief Acquisition Officer, Skootr said, "DLF Cyber city is another feather in our cap. It has been a great experience for us to deliver this project to our clients. Our focus is to help our clients get the best managed office space solution which provides immense value to them and helps them grow their productivity. We look forward to delivering more value to our clients as we open more Skootr Centers across NCR."
Skootr's key strength is in delivering an office space that suits the unique need of each organisation from co-working desks to a multi-floor customised modern office. The company has already tied up with major brands like Supertech, DLF and soon will be announcing its foray into other cities. Skootr is also focusing on offering value added services to its clients through various tie-ups with other service providers and will soon launch a Skootr Value Card for such services.
