James Bond's Skyfall has broken box office records by becoming the biggest earner in the history of UK cinema with an earning of 103 million pounds.
The film, directed by Sam Mendes and starring Daniel Craig, dominated the UK box office last year and earned more than 1 billion dollars worldwide, the Daily Express reported.
Other big crowd pullers in 2012 include 'The Dark Knight Rises' which took 56.3 million pounds at the UK box office, 'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey' which took 52.2 million pounds and Marvel's Avengers Assemble which took 51.9 million pounds.
