The Indian Premier League (IPL) probe committee, set up by the Supreme Court to investigate the spot fixing scandal, held a meeting with Mumbai police on Saturday, and is likely to submit its report before the apex court in the coming days.

It was IPL probe panel's second meeting with the Mumbai police. The three-member committee is headed by former Punjab and Haryana High Court Chief Justice Mukul Mudgal.

Mumbai Police Joint Commissioner Himanshu Roy said that all the information available with them was shared with the committee in this case.

"Whatever information was available with us relating to this case was shared with the committee, and I have no doubt, there has been full cooperation. And committee, as you know, will be submitting its reports before the Supreme Court in the days to come," he told media here today.

Earlier, former fast bowler S Sreesanth and two of his IPL team mates, Ankeet Chavan and Ajit Chandila, were arrested in May by the Delhi police, who were accused of spot-fixing in IPL matches.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) suspended the three players of Rajasthan Royals, and subsequently launched its own investigation.
