Srei Infrastructure Finance appoints Sameer Sawhney as CEO

Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd. on Wednesday announced the appointment of Sameer Sawhney as Chief Executive Officer.

A banking industry veteran, Sameer Sawhney holds over two decades of experience and expertise in building businesses.

He has held senior leadership roles in global banks across corporate and investment banking, transaction banking, global markets and private banking businesses.

Having worked in several countries across Asia, Australia, Middle East, Europe and America, Sameer has a deep understanding of both emerging and developed markets.

Prior to this appointment he was the Regional CEO, Managing Director - South East Asia and India, ANZ Bank driving the business, customer and country strategy across the bank's key markets.
