A new study has revealed that modern life stress take its toll on people's sleep, as they waste a month every year tossing and turning in bed trying to sleep.
The study by insurers Direct Line found that nearly two in three Britons lose two hours of sleep each night worrying, the Daily Express reported.
The two main concerns that keep people awake were found to be stressing about work, 34 percent, and money, 33 per cent.
Out of 2,000 people, who were quizzed on their sleeping habits, one in five said that they cannot get a good night's sleep because of his or her partner's snoring.
