Tata Motors' board to meet on Aug.7

The Tata Motors' Board of Directors will meet on Friday, August 7, 2015.

A company release said that the meeting would consider, inter alia, the audited stand-alone results as well as the unaudited consolidated results (with limited review), for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 of the financial year 2015-16, pursuant to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.
