Taylor Swift has revealed that she likes to give hints to guys when she likes them but would never chase anyone.
The 23-year-old singer told Tiger Beat that she has a number of tricks to make a person of the opposite sex realize that she is interested in him but insisted that she would never actively pursue someone, Contactmusic reported.
The singer said that she ran into this problem a lot when she was in Junior High because the guy she liked never noticed her.
She further said that the best thing to do is to give little hints and talk to him without coming across as desperate.
Swift said that it is good to be friends first and if it escalates into something more, it would be awesome.
She also advised girls to steer clear of jealous, because it would mean that you lack confidence in yourself.
