Tennis legend Boris Becker to seek British citizenship

Former six-time Grand Slam champion Boris Becker has revealed that he will apply for British citizenship at some point in future after enjoying stay at Wimbledon for the last couple of years.

While calling the home of the tennis championships as 'professional home' for 30 years and 'private home' for the last couple of years, Becker stated that he and his family love Wimbledon a lot, pointing to the friendly nature of people, Sport24 reported.

The German, who is the current coach of the world number one Novak Djokovic, said that he is sure he would eventually apply to become a British citizen.
