The second day's play of the lone Test between India and Bangladesh has been called off due to heavy rain here on Thursday.

Opting to bat first, left-hand opener Shikhar Dhawan exposed Bangladesh's bowling frailties as he smacked an unbeaten 150 off 158 balls on Wednesday.

Murali Vijay, on the other hand, remained not out on 89 to put the visitors in a commanding 239 without any loss.
