British boyband The Wanted have announced that they will be disbanding temporarily to pursue personal endeavours after completing their upcoming 'Word of Mouth Tour'.
In a statement posted on their website, they said that the tour will be their last for a while, but the band wants to stress to their fans that they will continue on as The Wanted and look forward to many successful projects together in the future, Contactmusic reported.
They further thanked their fans for their continued love and support and claimed to be looking forward to seeing them on tour.
The news follows the band's decision to cancel all of their European tour dates for 2014 after Max George left their US tour to deal with the death of his grandfather.
