A massive fire has ripped through the 1105 feet tall Marina Torch tower in Dubai, one of the tallest residential buildings in the world.
According to Gulf News, the Marina Torch is a residential skyscraper in Dubai's Marina.
Thousands of people have been evacuated while the fire is slowly coming under control. However, the fire flares whenever the wind blows in the area and it started again around the 70th floor and above after high winds started blowing.
There are around 10 visible fire engines and various police officials and ambulances.
According to witnesses, the view was like the titanic going down and the biggest danger is posed by the falling molten glass.
A resident said that the fire alarm went off around 2am and he thought that it must be false since there had been three fire alarms every week recently which were all false.
