Transsion Holdings launches 'Carlcare', assures 72-hour turnaround time across portfolio

Transsion Holdings, a global conglomerate, on Monday launched its after sale service brand, Carlcare in India. The exclusive store inaugurated in Noida will service all brands under Transsion Holdings including TECNO, Infinix, itel, Spice and Oraimo.

With the launch of this brand, Transsion Holdings has further strengthened its commitment of providing world class after sale services to the Indian customers. With Carlcare, the company is now offering service proposition of 72-hour turnaround time across its brand portfolios thus, bringing in faster and superlative repair efficiency.

The store offers its customers demo zones for all the brands under Transsion Holdings. The Noida store will host a dedicated team of 15 highly trained executives, who are well versed with all the products and fully capable of handling the service issues and complaints. As part of Demo Zones, the store will also stock range of mobiles and accessories across Transsion's brands to provide a complete mobile experience to the customers.

The Carlcare India warehouse is fully equipped with the latest state of the art technology to maintain a smooth workflow. Spread over an area of 28000 sq. ft., it provides ample space for the spare part supply warehouse. Carlcare has 13 state level spare part warehouse, currently in operation across India which provides 7-day repair turnaround time.
