The Border Security Forces (BSF) on Thursday paid tributes to the martyred jawans, Subhendu Rai and Rocky, at their headquarters in Jammu.
Both the martyred constables were laid to rest this morning.
Meanwhile, a team of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) is expected to reach Jammu today to interrogate the terrorist who was arrested following an attack on a BSF convoy in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur district.
The captured terrorist after the first round of investigation said that he hailed from Faisalabad, Pakistan and had been on Indian soil for the past 12 days.
According to reports, there had been many warnings from the intelligence about a possible terror attack in Udhampur which was a vulnerable spot due to the ongoing Amarnath yatra.
Two BSF jawans and a militant were also killed in the attack.
