Hundreds of children and elders participated in the rally to make Lucknow a pollution free city.
The event was flagged of from the K. D. Singh Babu Stadium in Lucknow.
Yadav said that at one time, the dream of riding a bicycle was seen as a socialist ploy, but today, most are seen taking walks and riding bicycles in their quest to lead healthy lives.
"Decades ago, the utility of the cycle was limited to socialists. For a pollution-free city, we need to think and act the part. Lucknow is going to have the country's best cycling track soon.
