U.S Vice President Joe Biden reportedly answered with a simple 'I can't' when asked to give a reason for not contesting the presidential elections.
With current US President Barack Obama's past campaigns lining up behind Hillary Clinton's prospective bid, Bidden's chances don't look good.
However, Bidden said that there may be reasons he doesn't want to run, but there's no obvious reason for him as to why he should not run, ABC news reported.
Bidden further said that the decision to run or not run is going to be determined by him as to whether he is the best qualified person to focus on two things he has spent his life on giving ordinary people a fighting chance to make it and a sound foreign policy that's based on rational interests of the United States.
