Venezuelan beauty Gabriela Isler was crowned as Miss Universe 2013 during a glittering ceremony at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia, while India's contender Manasi Moghe could only make it to the top ten.
A 25-year-old Venezuelan television presenter and flamenco dancer, Isler, was picked the winner from a total of 86 contestants, News.com.au reported.
Last year's winner Olivia Culpo from United States of America handed over her diamond crown to Isler, who looked stunning in a silver rhinestone studded evening dress.
While it is the seventh Miss Universe title for Venezuela, this year's victory marks the third time the country has won the competition in six years.
Meanwhile, Spain's Patricia Yurena Rodriguez came second, while Constanza Baez from Ecuador finished at the 3rd spot.
