Vice President Ansari, Venkaiah Naidu greet citizens ahead of New Year

Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari has extended his warm greetings and best wishes to all the citizens on the advent of the New Year 2015.

"May the New Year be the harbinger of happiness, good health and prosperity for all," he said in his message.

Meanwhile, Union Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu also extended New Year greetings to all fellow countrymen.

"I extend my hearty New Year Greetings tomorrow. I wish all fellow citizens a Happy, Prosperous, Productive and Fulfilling New Year," Naidu said in his message on the eve of beginning of New Year 2015.

"As we turn another page in the history of time, we introspect about what had gone by as we look at the new prospects. A new wave of hope and confidence is sweeping across the country as our countrymen are keen about fulfilling their aspirations. I am confident that as a Nation, we will collectively scale new heights in that direction," he added.

Naidu further said: "The people of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are spiritedly pursuing the ambition of reaching new heights further to bifurcation. I am confident that firm foundations will be laid in that direction in the New Year.
