Pregnancy days comes with glow, some cute-chubbiness and loads of craving. So has happened to the soon-to-be mommy Kareena Kapoor Khan.
The 36-year-old birthday girl, who has been rocking these days with her pregnancy glow and baby bump, recently spoke about what she is craving for now-a-days.
In a Facebook-live casual chat with her dietician-friend Rujuta Diwekar, the 'Ki and Ka' actress surprisingly said that all she craves for is 'karela' (bittergourd).
"I really like the taste. I enjoy the taste. Many say that when you add a bit of sugar, its bitterness kind of goes away but I don't like that. I like the fact that it has a sort of bitter, pungent taste to it. It is extremely rich in iron and has all kinds of benefits," she told Rujuta about the food.
Further during the interview, the fitness-conscious actress, breaking the notion of 'overeating' during these days, said that it is not important to eat more just because you are pregnant.
"I think everybody has been thinking that I am overeating these days, which I am not. It is not important for you to eat more just because you are pregnant and carrying another person inside you. Rujuta and I firmly believe that one needs to carry on doing what she has been doing before getting pregnant and just stick to your normal routine," she explained.
The actress, who has turned 36 today, will soon start working for Rhea Kapoor's chick-flick 'Veere Di Wedding,' alongside Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar.
