Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain on Tuesday lashed out at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for appointing law ministers who break the law.
"Why does he(Kejriwal) appoint such a law minister who is only breaking the law. After Somnath Bharti, it was Jitender Singh Tomar who was arrested for submitting fake academic records to Delhi Bar Council for registering as an advocate," Hussain told ANI here.
" Kejriwal gives big talks, about seeking cooperation with the Delhi Police but what
about Somnath Bharti. Kejriwal needs to give an answer as to why his former law minister is running away from the law," Hussain added.
Bharti was issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) by a trial court on Monday in connection with a domestic violence and attempt to murder case filed against him by his wife Lipika Bharti.
