Woman killed in Caitlyn Jenner Malibu accident sued for USD 18.5 million
This might sound insane to you, but the woman driver of a Lexus, who died in the Caitlyn Jenner Malibu car crash incident, has been sued for 18.5 million dollars by Hummer occupants.
The five occupants of the Hummer have filed the lawsuit against the dead woman, claiming that she was negligent when her car lurched into oncoming traffic and struck a Hummer, TMZ.com reports.
Reportedly, the Hummer occupants might also sue Jenner for negligence.
As previously reported, the Lexus collided with the Hummer on the Pacific Coast Highway in February this year.
